Green Ridge Om & Wellness, LLC

Our integrative approach led us to partnering up with other like-minded professionals.  Laurie Waskovich, MS, RD, LDN began offering innovative nutrition classes and appointments.  Corey Cohen, BA, CMI, brought ground-breaking mindfulness meditation workshops to our community with 35 years of experience! We also had various yoga professionals sharing their knowledge and compassion, such as Melissa Costello, E-RYT 500, YACEP, and Roberta Brentano.  Proper nutrition + daily movement + wellness services  =  a winning formula for success.

In the winter of 2014, Dr Taylor moved to another location.  GROW stayed, but, in the spring of 2015, GROW, and the entire 700 block of Green Ridge corners, experienced a most unfortunate event.  The fire left GROW "homeless" but with the help of our amazing community, and most notably Jennifer Naro for providing Kristin a space to temporarily see clients, we were back in business by the fall of 2015.

GROW enjoyed two amazing years in downtown Scranton in the historical Ritz theatre building. We partnered up with our lovely and innovative friends/neighbor at Terra Preta, for events like First Friday, and causes we believed in. The whole building buzzed with excitement as the entire downtown began seeing a new growth. There are wonderful things happening in our community, and it was such an honor to have been even a small part of that.

The next two years of GROW's adventure was spent focusing on just clinical massage therapy appointments in a cute little space we rented inside of Professional Chiropractic Associates. We are very grateful for the opportunity this afforded us to focus on family vs managing an entire wellness center in addition to seeing a full schedule of clients.

...AND NOW... we are very excited to announce that we once again have OUR VERY OWN SPACE large enough for two massage rooms and an additional area to host classes and events with like minded professionals. Healing happens from a bio-psycho-social approach which is the only way to address multi-dimensional issues like pain and provide functional outcomes. We are very fortunate to be a part of a health and wellness community that understands this approach and we look forward to being part of YOUR team.
